Oklahoma Casino and Card Room Gaming 21j64

Oklahoma permits electronic gaming machines at racetracks, under a provision of the State-Tribal Gaming Act of 2004. Racetracks may conduct gaming for a maximum of 18 hours a day and 106 hours per week. Gaming is not limited to days or times when races are being held. Tracks are allowed to offer a wide variety of electronic games including amusement games, bingo games, Class II games and any electronic games covered by a compact between the state and a Native American tribe.
